These Terms govern your use of perivela.com and your purchase of products from us. Please read them. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.

Perivela is a brand operated by Cloud Venture Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Perivela", "we", "us"). Contact: support@perivela.com.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and shipping to an address in the United States. We sell direct from perivela.com only — we do not authorise resellers, and we cannot support products bought anywhere else.

2. About the products

The Perivela Night Protocol is a dietary supplement, not a medicine.

• It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
• Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we cannot give you any. If you have a question about your health, your medication or whether this is right for you, ask your doctor.
• Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing, taking any medication, or managing a medical condition. Ashwagandha in particular warrants a conversation with your doctor if you are pregnant, taking thyroid medication, sedatives, or immunosuppressants.
• The Protocol is designed to sit alongside medical care, not to replace it. It is not an alternative to hormone therapy or to anything else your doctor has recommended.
• Stop taking it and speak to a healthcare professional if you have an adverse reaction.

Ingredients, doses and excipients are printed in full on each bottle and on the product page. If a label and this website ever disagree, the label is correct — tell us and we will fix the site.

3. Prices, orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include free US shipping. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed, and subscription price changes are covered in section 4.

We may refuse or cancel an order — including for suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a reseller order. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. We never take payment by invoice, payment link, bank transfer or any method outside our normal checkout. If someone contacts you claiming to be Perivela and offers an alternative way to pay, it is not us.

4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Please read this section carefully — it describes a recurring charge.

When you choose "Subscribe & save" you are enrolling in a subscription with these terms:

What you pay	$47.00 per month, including free US shipping
How often	Every month, on the same date, until you cancel
Renews automatically?	Yes. Your subscription continues and your payment method is charged automatically each month until you cancel it
Cancellation fee	None. There is no minimum term and no commitment

How to cancel. Go to perivela.com/pages/manage-subscription, enter your email address and we send you a secure link — no password needed. From there you can cancel, pause, or skip a month yourself, immediately. You do not have to email us, call us, or explain yourself, and nobody will attempt to talk you out of it.

You may also email support@perivela.com and we will cancel it for you.

Timing. Cancel, skip or pause before your next billing date and you will not be charged for that order. If a renewal has already been charged, see our Refund and Returns Policy.

Price changes. If we ever change your subscription price, we will email you at least 30 days before the first renewal at the new price, so you can cancel first if you would rather not continue.

Failed payments. If your payment method is declined we will retry it and email you. If it keeps failing, we pause the subscription rather than keep charging.

5. Shipping, refunds and the 90-night guarantee

Covered in full in our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms. In short: free US shipping, and ninety nights from your first order to email us, get your money back, and keep the bottles.

6. Your account and the subscription portal

Keep your email account secure — anyone with access to it can request a link to manage your subscription. Tell us at support@perivela.com if you believe someone else has accessed your subscription.

7. Content, reviews and conduct

Everything on this site — text, photography, design, the Perivela name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is your own honest experience, and you give us permission to publish it, in whole or in part, alongside your first name and last initial. We do not pay for reviews, we do not write them, and we do not delete a review for being unfavourable. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or makes medical claims we are not permitted to publish.

Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with it technically, or to scrape it for commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers and limits on our liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and none of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

If something goes wrong, email support@perivela.com first. We would much rather fix it than argue about it, and in practice almost everything is resolved that way.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and material changes affecting subscribers will be emailed to you in advance.
