Write to support@perivela.com from the address you ordered with, and tell us what you want changed — skip, pause, reschedule or cancel. We action it within one business day and reply to confirm. We will not ask you why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
What happens when you cancel
Billing stops immediately. Anything already shipped is yours to keep, and the 90-night guarantee still applies to it — if the Protocol did not work for you, email us and we refund you, no return shipping.
